Orders are typically processed within1-5 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the local postal service. We currently ship internationally, and tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

⏳PREORDER

Some items in the shop may be offered as pre-orders.Pre-order items are products that are currently in production and will ship at a later date. The estimated shipping time will always be stated in the product listing.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise specified.

Preorders help us produce merchandise responsibly and reduce excess stock. Thank you for your patience and support.

🔄BACKORDER

Occasionally, certain items may be listed as backorder if they have sold out but are scheduled for restocking.Backordered items will ship once the next production batch arrives. 

Estimated shipping timelines will be noted in the product description whenever possible.If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

📮RETURN & REFUND

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.When contacting us, please include:

2.Photos of the item and packaging

3.A short description of the issue
